: Actually, I am (or should I say WAS) recovering very well.  I was up to walking a fairly fast clip for a mile or more....then went home to see my youngest graduate and somehow broke my friggin foot!  If not for that, I would be able to say I am feeling better than I have for years.  

: I imagine SOME here would be inclined to break THEIR foot putting a well layed boot up my fourth point of contact....and rightfully so.......
