Sir Willum suggests:
: If you'uns are planning on leaving something in the corn crib for Mr Girty there, he would probably rather it be in a jug if made of corn - not on a plate. Seems to me, paging through my records here, he likes his corn likker.

: Sir Willum, Sherrif of Rottingham

Actually, Sir Willum, I frequently leave Mr. Girty a bit o' rum to warm his pallet (and palate) in the corn crib. We've worked it out quite nicely. He has a cozy quilt he "appropriated" from Miss Katie's Quilt Shoppe, and always finds a plate of vittles and a tankard of of my famous hot buttered rum waitin' for him, when he stops off here after a hard day of pillagin' and plunderin'.

Miss Marcia
