Bouquet, the Swiss mercenary, was so pivotal to the early history of the Ohio Valley due to his roles in the F & I War and Pontiac's War. He is one of several men whose actions reverberate to this day. I have always wondered if he, or any other of them, had died of natural causes as was so easy in those days, how would it have all turned out.
