: Ergo it wasn't just the Highlanders who werrrre a rrrunin' rrround the woods frrrreespirited like, as you moight say.  There were any number of types of cloth being traded at that time.  Wool doesn't sound like a good choice for drawers to me.  Shoulda used some 'o that parched corn to make something close to cornstarch, eh?
