Director's Cut Countdown

If my math is correct, we have 85 some-odd days to go until the LOTM DVD DC. To think that last summer, this was a mere pipedream! I cannot help but speculate (and hope) as to what scenes may be threaded back into the film. Perhaps the infamous Uncas/Alice love scene under the falls (did we ever figure out if it was ever filmed??) or maybe the inclusion of Heyward's diversion which some of us saw during the network broadcast. In an interview, DDL referred to Ching making the prophetic observation that the whites will keep pushing west and there will be no need for men like Hawkeye. Maybe this will make the new cut.
Anyone else care to comment on their own "fantasy" scenes they would like to see included. We need something to get us through the next few months until the REAL THING arrives at our local video stores!!
