I Had a Lovely Meeting With Petra!

Hi Everyone,

I have finally returned from Arizona. As Petra has posted, we had a lovely meeting. We sipped smoothies and shared stories. I believe this was her first visit to "New Age" expo. It certainly was an "eyeful".

Petra is a lovely person and we a fortunate to have her here with us on this site. Her husband is Native American, so she has a very deep insight into the culture and the issues.

Thank you so much, Petra, for going out of your way so we could meet. I told all of my friends that we met on the internet. They all thought is was "awesome". After you left a young boy from the Papago reservation came to help us out. He is 11 years old. He and his family moved back to the reservation from California last year. They are very happy there. His mother did say there were some inconveniencies. They have to drive 70 miles (round trip) just to pick up their mail. I will send Rich some pictures as soon as we have them developed. Maybe he would put them up on the site. Petra, after you left, I went out and got a camera so I could take a picture of my friends. I wish I had had one while you were there!

I will write more later, I am still unpacking.
