Yes, I would say so. I am definitely able to tell who's part of which tribe here in Alberta. The Dene ( related to the Dine aka Navajo)have different features than the Cree or the Blackfoot or Stoney Nations or the Inuit.
With regards to Europeans, yes, they are very easy to identify...:)
