Hi Diana,

oh yesss, warm peach pie and vanilla ice-cream, mmmmh!! Especially after a ribs and barbecue dinner at "Bill Johnson's Big Apple"! Do they have that restaurant in other places too? It's one of those Western style restaurants with sawdust on the floor and a decoration of farm items and branding irons. I'm practically rolling out everytime we get through eating there.

On the topic of baseball, a couple of months ago my boss asked everyone in our team by e-mail if we'd care to all go to a Diamond Backs game together. Not into sports in the first place, I asked back: "What type of sport would that be?" I heard later that people nearby heard him laugh tears... :-) At the next group meeting, he was happy to explain some of the secrets of baseball to me. I never knew that the guy who throws the ball and the one who stands with the bat waiting to hit it were of separate teams. I just always wondered why the guy with the bat so often doesn't even try to hit or why the other one doesn't throw it a little better. And then, about football, I used to wonder why those guys stand in circles for knee stretchies all the time, pointing their butts towards the audience. :-)

Have a great weekend too,

Petra
