: Speaking of books: I noticed an interesting book that was advertised in COWBOYS & INDIANS. It is called "OF EARTH AND ELDERS", Visions and Voices from Native America. Dennis Banks  (ha, I knew there was a connection to LOTM somewhere) wrote the introduction and many other artists such as Floyd Red Crow Westerman, Larry Sellers, Steve Reevis,Robert Mirabal,Wilma Mankiller etc. contributed essays,poetry and songs to the book. According to C&I the book has reportedly been selling well in Europe.
