Well, I asked Jeff what the difference was between a reenactor and a trekker and his first response was, "you mean the Star Trek fans?" :-)

He wasn't aware of the word or the difference, but that might be because our reenacting is predominately Old West 1860-1890. It might be a term more commonly used for an earlier time period - such as Rich suggested, someone who goes on a wilderness "trek", like the mountainmen?

Clabair? "Champ"? "Silver Wolf"? "Standing Horse"?
