Both. We never turn down fresh meat. The only animal that walks away from us is the skunk. I don`t mean we shoot everything. Just that I`ve eaten about everything. We break no game laws and here in Texas, the wild pig population is now greater then the deer. And there is an open season on them. But when we go out of state, we still carry everything without powder or ball. We depend on the locals to shoot any game animals. And we never take more then we need. If we have plenty of food, we just hunt for the practice of it and sharpen our tracking and stalking skills.
