: : Yes, that's the one. VERY haunting.

: : Here's the promo blurb;

: : "Jeff Victor weaves a haunting tapestry of this magical land, using harp, bagpipe, violin, piano, guitar, and the whispers of the moors."

: Elaine & Dana,

: I have this CD, too, and I love it. Especially the way it opens with The Ghost Piper of An Allt Mor. I have a collection of Lifescapes CDs, particularly the Celtic ones, that I really love. And thanks to the generosity of Pilgrim Penny, I have two tapes filled with samples from her vast Celtic collection, including some Loreena McKennit, who is wonderful. Two of my favorites on those tapes are Loreena's: The Bonny Swans and The Highwayman.

: PS...and no steenking sister/brother/aunt/uncle/ANYBODY better even TRY to steal mine!! ;o)

Marcia & Dana,

Isn't Loreena great? "The Highwayman" IS particularly nice. What I really like about her music is the way she draws upon so many cultural influences ... like Middle Eastern & Sacred music.
Very inspiring.

Dana - the reason I asked you about your sister's theft is that I got my CD by stealing it from MY sister. She's not happy about it. Not at all.

Marcia, are you sure Penny GAVE those CDs to you????????
