I can't encourage you enough to buy the CD. The music is incredible. I can't think of any other music which moves me the way that does. It is so empowering. When I worked at a very difficult school, it saved my mind. I kidded the teachers that if they came into my office at the end of the day and the music was cranked way up, they would know it had been a bad day. Several of them would come into my office and lie down on my bed and listen to the music before they headed home to their families. Try it, you'll love it. Guaranteed!
