Kate,

A very fine quilt you made for Eric. Like the symbolism you put into it. I thought I might tell you, should you not be aware, that the use of the Fraser tartan was still appropriate. During the French and Indian War, one of the Highland units that served here was Fraser's Highlanders. They served with distinction at Louisbourg and Quebec, both times under Major General James Wolfe. Though the modern tartan was probably not what they wore, the clan distinction is most appropriate. Well done!!!
