: : : : I was flipping through an issue of In Style magazine at the dentist office today - there was an article on David James Elliot (the guy from CBS's military show JAG)and his wife renewing their vows. David commented that their first wedding was very unromantic - they eloped at the justice's office and went to see Last of the Mohicans for their honeymoon. I thought this was a funny piece of LOTM trivia. Definitely a romantic movie choice!!

: : : Ha! I knew I liked that guy and that show! NOW I know why!!!!
: : : Great idea for a honeymoon......wonder if I can talk Betty into that!
: : : JAG is my favorite show of the week. Right up there with it is
: : : ER. Can anybody find six degrees for the show ER ??????

: : : Bill R

: : If you're looking for six degrees from ER to LOTM, it's fairly easy. Alan Alda is on ER. Alda was in "Sweet Liberty" with Michelle Pfeiffer. Michelle was in "Age of Innocence" with DDL. (By the way, if you haven't seen "Sweet Liberty", you should check it out. Alda plays a historian who has written a Pulitzer prize winning novel about the Revolution which is being made into a movie. Only it's being made into a "Porkys" style sex comedy. There are multiple subplots, some wonderfully eccentric characters, and a lot of insights into what happens when Hollywood takes on history)

:
: The 6* are much shorter: ER to Alda, who forever will be known as "Hawkeye," named for the same beloved one and only.

I was wondering who else would pick up on that! ;o) Does anyone remember the story of how Benjamin Franklin Pierce (Alda's Hawkeye) got his nickname?
MMMM
