: : Dear Fellow Mohicanites,
: : A few weeks ago I sent an e-mail to Rich and as always, he responded right away. But after reading his recent "bits and pieces" post, I thought you might find this as helpful as I did.

: : Even though Rich and Elaine live in beautiful North Carolina which is Eastern Standard Time, their server is located in Mountain Time. So, depending on where you live, your post may be a few hours off according to the Board. My apologizes to Adele and Kate who live on the other side of the pond. I had trouble enough figuring out my posts were an hour off, I don't think I could add in 8 hours! Even though I've posted on and off for the past 3 years, this was all new to me. Hope this helps some of you.

: Hi Christy!

: Now, you have brought up a very good point here! This 'time'zone thing is a bally nuisance and, though I read every word you wrote - three times over! - the only bit I understood was 'my apologies to Adele and Kate...!! ;0)

: I still haven't figured out the time difference between Scotland and NC time or Florida time (I email MMMM a lot)and, quite frankly, I've given up trying to work it out! So - I just write - and it just 'appears' on the Board when it jolly well likes and as for waiting for replies to personal email - I go to bed and get it next day!! THAT seems to work for me!! :-)

: But - so nice of you to think of our, Adele's and my little 'problem'!!

: Take care, Christy,
: Kate.

Couldn't have put it better myself, Kate! No apologies necessary Christie! Aaah, the crosses that us Brits must bear! (sigh!)

Adele
