Hi, NS...I'm with you! I saw him win for My Left Foot before I had ever heard of him, and all I could think was, "Who IS this gorgeous, lean, tender-hearted man," as he gulped down tears while he received a standing ovation. Shortly thereafter, I saw LOTM, and thought, in the famous words of Daner1000, WOOOOOO-HOOOOOO! I have found my HERO! ;o) Now, when I look at the film of that Oscar acceptance speech, it really touches me, and I think he looked absolutely wonderful in his black frock coat. Sorry, Jo, but you'd better run far, run FAST, or your MMMM will getcha!
