::It's great to be involved with a site where folks are educated enough to recognize inaccuracies--whether they be historical events, uniforms, social customs et cetera. I always am real picky with the historical films I see and my family and friends get a little more than annoyed with me. They want to know why I can't just relax and enjoy the story for what it is. I guess it is just that when you're familiar with history these things can stick out like a sore thumb. Why can't Hollywood forget about what looks "cool" and stick with what's accurate--who cares if red is a better color than green? If the original uniform was green--make it green, damn it! I really doubt the audience will make or break a movie because of a costume/uniform color. Most won't even notice!

PP--a stickler for accuracy in historical dramas!!!!!!!
