: Nancy lass,
: I too know Seamus and to love him. But you must be warned.
: He will never be happy but in the wilds and no settlement will ever claim him. This I know.

Sgt. Toot!!

I shall be the one to give warning here. I have heard of you and your penchant for, shall we say, ...ummmm...well, I have heard why you are called by that name. You claim to love Seamus...you have the nerve to admit that in public. I will not stand idly by and allow THAT. Seamus is a man, and I have noticed how a woman...how I, affect him, and can not imagine him being affected that way by another man. I know it gets lonely in the forest and the fort, but my Seamus will never succumb to such loneliness. For shame!
I would advise you to have no designs on my man...Hell hath no fury, sir, than you shall see should you attempt to take him away from me... He is mine, and mine alone. I will go with him into the wilds if that is his desire; I will follow him anywhere on this earth. I know he would not be happy in a settlement. Do not try to dissuade me. I know my Seamus.

Perhaps I misinterpret your intentions, my dear Sgt. Toot, and if I do, it is only because you are a legend. I read your name on a tree near Fort Hunter a fortnight ago. Shall I elaborate? ...and who is Angus?
