O! Will ye no fecht for the freedom of men,
From the ravages of war and the ruse of the French?
Fecht on, O lads of the seventy and seven.
Fecht on through the Forests of Penn.

O! Will ye no fecht for the freedom of men,
From the sadness of death and the savage destruction?
Fecht on, ye longhunters with rifle and blade.
Fecht on through the Forests of Penn.

O! Will ye no fecht for the freedom of men,
From the fear of burning and the taking of scalps?
Fecht on, ye folks who will cherish this land.
Fecht on through the Forests of Penn.

O! Will ye no fecht for the freedom of men,
From the laws of those who would change your lives.
Fecht on, Lenape, Mohawk, Shawnee.
Fecht on through the Forests of Penn.

Wha, we must fecht for all we desire,
For our land and our lives and our beliefs complete.
Fecht on, O America, for the freedom we crave.
Fecht on to protect our hame.
