: : I just came across this website and I was wondering if any former "Moheckies" (like trekkies) from Prodigy Buletin Board Days are here. There were some 50 or 60 of us back in 92-94. I'd love to hear from you.

: As a matter of fact, T.G., there are a couple of people here on this Board who participated in the Moheckie Board & newsletter ... I'll leave it to them to introduce themselves! ... We've also heard from a couple more, back when this Site first went up.

: Recount those days for us, if you are ever so inclined! I've read several of the newsletters ... many parallels to what has gone on here!

: Glad you stumbled upon MohicanLand ... Enjoy the scenery!

That's great! I'm hoping those who participated before will contact me. It was a lot of fun back then. The movie hadn't been out all that long when I first joined the BBoard. We traded articles, pictures, posters, videos the works! There were a few guys involved in the board, (Soldier #1 was) but mostly it was women. There were several very talented gals who took turns writing epic stories. (Most involved DDL in some way or another). We eagerly awaited the premiere of the Age of Innoncence, and one "gull" (Munroe says girls that way) even got to meet DDL and took a picture of him at the premiere of Age of Innoncence.

The newsletters we traded were quite elaborate. I don't know what you trade here, but we also called ours THE COURIER. I still have mine!

Hope the others out there will join in my musings.
