Hey, All,

I'm looking for the title of a song I've only heard once, so the details are kind of sketchy. I think it's a Scottish song about a woman who married a man the night before he was to be hanged. Maybe her name was 'Grace'.


Any ideas on this? I hate it when I get stumped!!

Replying to my own post because I found the song by accident. It's called "Grace" and the Dubliners sang the version I was looking for.

Some truly great music Pen ... NOTHING like it. I've always enjoyed groups like the Wolfe Tones, the Clancy Brothers and many other that sang Irish music. Glad you found what you were looking for ...

Thanks for the link to the Wolfe Tones! It used to be real fun (read: sarcasm) trying to get people to understand that the Wolfetones and Wolfstone are different bands.
