I think most of you are forgetting who the real hero of this movie and the novel is.
Uncas is by far the power house of this movie, and for that matter a poorly written book by Fenimore Cooper.
Uncas is the man....He makes the movie happen....The scene at the end is worth a more than a thousand movies
Michael Mann should make a sequal or something like Deerslayer, or Pathfinder.
