Yes, Magua is rather "captivating" at that! His rugged good-looks, distinctive voice, and great acting made the Magua character so unforgettable. I could really almost sympathize with him! He really needs a good woman to untwist his heart! Surely he deserved an Academy award for supporting actor. The Huron village scene, with the interchange of languages, was classic. I love to replay the part where he calls them dogs and turns to drag Alice away. Very dramatic.
