: But I still think the best one was Mary's interpretation of Duncan's final line as, "My corns hurt, Sir...take her and get out!" A year later, I'm still laughing about that one! And (though I hadn't come up with anything nearly that funny) I had a trouble with that same line for months before realizing he was saying "My compliments, Sir...take her and get out!" Poor Duncan and his soon-to-be-roasted corns!!(Of course, it could be argued that Duncan's final line was actually, "Aaaaaaaagggggggggghhhhh!" but that would be TACKY, and thus, WAY beneath Mighty Mohican Mama Marcia!)

THANK YOU! The one line Hawkeye replies to Jack at the fort was the one I couldn't come CLOSE to figuring out. Thank you for clarifying for me.

BTW, I thought Waddington was BRILLIANT the way he did those Aaaaaaaaagggghhhhhs. It makes my flesh creep, and I can't remember feeling anyone's physical pain as I do in those few shots!
