Just wanted to find out if anyone else, other than my mother and I, noticed the numerous discrepencies of this movie. There were a lot of things in the movie that had no explanation. For example, did anyone notice the scene were they, the English, were leaving the fort. As Alice and Cora rode away Alice's hair was up in a perfect updo, halfway through this scene her hair was halfway down, by the time the massacre started her hair was totally down, with no braid on the right side of her hair. By the time they reach the waterfall she has a braid in her hair. Exactly when would she have had any time to braid her while running and rowing away from the huron indians. Also there were two scenes during the canoes where, for a fraction of a second, we see Cora helping to row the canoe as they go by the camera, pan away and she is holding a soldier's head with no sign of an oar any where near her. Also Uncas, when he first gets into the canoe he is infront of Alice, when the canoe surfaces from the fog Nathaniel is in front of Alice with Uncas behind her. How do they switch places without tipping the canoe? It seems bizarre to me. My mother was the first to catch onto this scene with Uncas, and I picked up on the Cora and Alice scenes. Would someone please tell me that I am not just imagining these scenes? If anyone has seen the movie in the very recent past, I would suggest watching it again to see if you pick up on these scenes as well. They aren't that obvious unless you really look for them.
