As a retired cop, I was appalled to hear that the cops were still in their staging area, over a quarter-mile away, when these two sides faced-off against each other. What kind of leadership does that agency have? Obviously, not an effective one! The cops should have been at the scene, before these two groups of clowns got within 200-yards of each other...
