| Yes it is, - and as with all government programs, it will grow enormously over the next 5-8 years. What ever the cost today, multiply by at least 5 in the near future. ... Now, if we're going to supply free c-phones, (of course they're are being paid for, just not by the users) many of these same folks could probably use a car too. Why not expand that program and add a car to go along with the new c-phone?? .... Watch - Massachusetts just started a program that does exactly that. Low income or out of work? Mass. will now buy you a used car and pay for the insurance and repairs too. It's stupid beyond belief, - most of those folks live in cities where mass transit is available. Hello, - hop on a freakin' bus, that's what they're for!!! ... To make it even worse, the mass transit is being subsidized by us too, 'cause it's losing money, not enough riders. ... For the REAL leftie enviro/greenies, this adds even more pollution/congestion in areas that don't exactly need it. These folks make absolutely NO sense. |

Now, now guys, we have to be compasionate about this. We must be sensitive to the fact that the Leeches and Zero-Liablity Voters need to talk on a cell phone too, while driving to their next 'poverty' protest.
