Man, it feels good to be able to say book rather than the qualifying booklet!
So far - and I know that some of you ordered quite some time ago [I apologize for the incessant delays!] - I've gone through 3 proofs, with the 4th to arrive early this week. First one had all the hyphens inexplicably missing, waaaay too dark photos, and a few other errors which were my fault. So, I chastised Lightning Source and tidied up a bit.
Second proof was drastically improved using the revised interior, but hyphens were still missing.
Third proof had all the technical stuff fixed, but they had reverted back to the original text! Dingbats!!!!
So, I eagerly await this version.
It is 228 pages worth of locations finding info, along with many sidebars and "off the beaten trail" type of stuff ... Gatherings, Board, Dissertation, DVD info ... some added historical features & highlights, culled from the Web Site to place everything in some sort of context. I added as much thanks as I could possibly think of ... overall, though the photos are nothing like what were in the original  , I am fairly pleased.
I think you will enjoy it - as will all Mohicans fans ...
The book was written by me - alone - and 99% of the photos are mine, but Lainey certainly has an impact in the volume - much of it appearing first on the Web Site.
Anyway, I expect to have a first shipment in sometime the week of April 19 and will ship out all orders just as soon as possible after they arrive.
