The death toll of the pandemic is alarming.

An insight that we can draw from COVID-19 is the tremendous toll that European-source infections inflicted upon Native Americans. COVID-19 looks to have 1% to 2% mortality. Some tribes were completely wiped out by pandemics. In some cases the disease was potentially survivable, but there was no one healthy enough to care for those fallen ill, so the entire community died.

So my thought is to move out of our own distress long enough to send positive spiritual energy to all Native Americans who died from European-source infections.
We become what we think about.
