Reading Recommendations

Having read the Cooper trilogy at the age of 14, and again for a graduate American Lit class in college, I can only say "trudge bravely you strong souls!"

I would recommend the following: I'm new to this BB, so they may have been discussed already, if so, I apologize.

Bury My Heart At Wounded Knee by Dee Brown
Custer Died For Your Sins by Vine Deloria, Jr.
God Is Red by Vine Deloria, Jr.

They give a much better understanding to the AIM take over at Wounded Knee. Happy Reading!
