Up until this date, we encourage you to sign up for the GRAND Great Mohican Gathering via the formmail found on that page. In this manner - if you follow the rules for the "pre"-sign up - we can get a solid handle on the projected numbers.
Beginning, though, on Saturday, January 3, 2004 - a full month earlier than usual - we will have the official sign-up forms available, and open the doors to the collection of fees. Hopefully, with the higher price tag due to the many events spread over a full 7-days, this longer window of opportunity will ease the pain just a bit for you.
We urge you to "pay the bill" just as soon as you can after sign-up, as the money is needed, desperately, to pay the various facilities involved.
This has the potential to be the very best Gathering ever. We hope that you can share it with us.
Start your planning now! It's not too early!

TODAY IS THE DAY!
Besides opening earlier than usual, we've tried to help you all with the increased costs in two other fashions:- Allowing 3 payment methods: check or money order, credit card, and PayPal [via the "MollyGuard" sign-up sheet]
- Allowing split payments
Sign-ups now are the real deal, not merely to get on an information list, so, use the on-line forms only if you are going to attend!

OK - beginning to look more like it! Keep dem sign-ups comin'!
Interestingly, I imagine because of the long duration of the thing, a larger than usual amount of folks will not be there for the entire thing. That's good, in a way, because though we may have near 100 people total, each day's group will be smaller than that & easier to "handle." On the other hand, as I've said elsewhere, there's some kind of group dynamic at work, which builds over the full-span, that will be missing for some ... Those of us that will be there for the entire 7 days will have our work cut out for us!!
I encourage anyone who can, to be there for the whole thing! |
